At Least 1 Killed in Collision Near County Line Road Saturday
Yucaipa, CA (February 19, 2022) – A deadly traffic accident occurred early Saturday on Interstate 10, also known as Christopher Columbus Transcontinental Highway.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a motorcyclist collided with a gray BMW sedan in the eastbound side of the freeway. Initial records indicated the horrible crash took place in the area near County Line Road in Yucaipa.
CHP logged the case at about 12:36 a.m.

When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found at least one person with life-threatening injuries. Responding paramedics rendered aid to the victim but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
It was not immediately confirmed if the motorcyclist was the fatal victim in the accident.
Investigators handling the case continue to determine several unclear factors surrounding the deadly crash on Interstate 10 in Yucaipa.
