Motorcyclist Killed in Crash

TRACY, Calif. (May 31, 2023) — A fatal motorcycle accident happened early Wednesday morning at Howard Road and South Wing Levee Road, just north of Tracy.

The two-vehicle collision occurred around 5:39 a.m. on May 31st, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

The CHP reported the drivers of a motorcycle and a sedan collided due to unknown circumstances. The rider from the bike was thrown onto the side of the roadway and the car went into a nearby field.

Paramedics and police responded to help those involved in the crash.

Sadly, the motorcyclist died at the scene of the collision. It’s unknown if others were hurt at this time.

Meanwhile, tow trucks removed the vehicles from the scene.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Tracy motorcycle accident on Howard Road.
