Pedestrian Struck, Killed In Brea
BREA, Calif. (Jan. 19, 2021) – Hector Aguirre, 54, was struck and killed early Monday in a pedestrian accident at Brea Boulevard and Lambert Road.
The Brea fatal pedestrian accident happened at 4:15 a.m. at the Brea intersection, police said. Unfortunately, the man died at the scene, said Brea police Lt. Philip Rodriguez.
However, authorities with the Orange County Sheriff Coroner later identified Hector Aguirre as the victim who died.

Meanwhile, the driver involved stopped and remained at the scene. The person cooperated with police and the ensuing investigation. Also, traffic was diverted away from the area for roughly about five hours. Furthermore, investigators are piecing together evidence at the scene to help them determine liability. It’s unknown what caused the collision at this time.
