At Least 1 Killed in Collision on East Firestone Boulevard Sunday
Los Angeles, CA (May 16, 2021) – One person died following a car crash on East Firestone Boulevard Sunday evening, according to My News LA.
Earlier reports indicated a traffic collision took place in the 2300 block of East Firestone Boulevard at South Gate. The make and model of the cars involved in the wreck remained unknown at this time.
Fatal Car Accident at South Gate in Los Angeles, May 16
The Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived at the crash site shortly after 7:45 p.m. Rescue teams reportedly found a person trapped in the wreckage. Authorities later confirmed that man succumbed to his injuries and died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to work at this time to determine several factors surrounding the deadly car crash on Firestone Boulevard.
