2 Hospitalized After Collision on Highway 101 Sunday
Camarillo, CA (May 30, 2021) – Two people suffered injuries following a motorcycle accident on Highway 101 Sunday afternoon, the Ventura County Star News reported.
Our sources indicated a man and a woman were riding a motorcycle heading south on Highway 101 in Camarillo. When the motorcyclists approached the area near Lewis Road, the operator crashed into the center divider along the freeway.

Shortly after 1 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the location and found a male and female lying near the divider. Paramedics checked the conditions of the victims, then subsequently transported them to the hospital for treatment.
Multiple motorcyclist apparently stopped on the freeway to help the victims.
Officials shut down Highway 101 to give way to the investigation process. Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the motorcycle accident in Camarillo.
