At Least 1 Hurt in Collision Highway 60 at Atlantic Boulevard Thursday
Los Angeles, CA (October 1, 2021) – A suspected hit-and-run car crash occurred in the area of State Route 60 and Atlantic Boulevard on September 30, Thursday.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, at least two vehicles collided on the eastbound lanes of Highway 60. Officials said the wreck involved a Nissan Sentra and a brown Toyota Camry.
The CHP logged the incident at about 6:15 p.m.
Responding medical personnel rendered aid to all possible victims found at the site. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person suffered injuries as a result of the wreck. An occupant in the Toyota apparently complained of pain to their back. Meanwhile, the condition of other parties involved in the accident remained unknown.

Authorities later mentioned one driver fled the scene following the mishap. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
At this time, detectives continue to work to determine several factors surrounding the hit-and-run crash on State Route 60 in Los Angeles.
