1 Injured in Yuba City Crash on Highway 113 (Tudor Road)
YUBA CITY, CA (October 8, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash on Highway 113, known as Tudor Road, in Yuba City.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the incident on Thursday afternoon. Officers reported the accident on October 7 at about 1:50 p.m.
According to CHP, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed in front of the 2014 Highway 113 near Schlagle Road in Yuba City.
2 Vehicles Collide
One of the cars involved, a Chevrolet, obtained major front-end damage upon impact. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
They found one person who sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then took the patient to the Adventist Health and Rideout for treatment.
Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the eastbound lanes of Tudor Road to shut down for half an hour following the wreck.
The cause of the Yuba City crash is still under investigation.
