At Least 1 Killed in Collision on Highway 160 Saturday
Isleton, CA (October 9, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a fatal traffic accident that occurred on State Route 160, also known as Victory Highway.
Initial records indicated a dump truck collision with a pickup truck on the highway in front of Delta Diamond Farms. The catastrophic incident took place Saturday at about 5:20 p.m.
When medical personnel arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to all possible victims. Officials said they found one person with moderate injuries, and a second party with minor wounds.
Deadly Truck Accident in Isleton, October 9
The CHP dispatch later mentioned one person sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the fatal truck accident in Isleton.
