Cristina Shuwoy Hospitalized After Collision Near Lake Camanche Saturday
Wallace, CA (October 20, 2021) – Cristina Shuwoy, and two other people suffered injuries following a car crash that occurred on Pattison Road.
On October 16, Saturday, two vehicles collided head-on near Lake Camanche.
My Motherlode News published an article online indicating a 2002 Toyota Corolla was traveling south on Pattison Road around 7 p.m. When the Toyota approached the intersection at South Camanche Parkway, it crashed head-on into a 2007 Ford Mustang.
2 Airlifted to Hospital After Car Crash in Wallace, October 16
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to all parties involved in the wreck. First responders found the driver of the Toyota and the passenger, 30-year-old Cristina Shuwoy, with injuries. Paramedics airlifted the two patients to the hospital for treatment of major injuries.
Authorities added the driver of the Mustang also sustained injuries as a result of the incident. A ground ambulance transported the third patient to the hospital for treatment and further evaluation.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate several factors surrounding the car crash in Wallace.
