1 Airlifted to Hospital After Collision on Highway 74 Friday
Mountain Center, CA (October 22, 2021) – A traffic accident involving a motorcycle occurred on Highway 74 Friday, according to My News LA.
Primary reports indicated the crash took place shortly before 5 p.m. Officials said the Riverside County Fire Department crews were investigating a separate non-injury accident in the area just west of the mountain community. At about the same time, a motorbike veered off the roadway and rolled down a few miles.

Emergency teams then proceeded to the motorcycle wreck. Paramedics reportedly found two people with injuries. The article published online mentioned one rider suffered serious injuries, and another sustained minor injuries.
Officials said an emergency airlift transported the critical patient to the hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, the second victim received medical aid at the scene and was subsequently released.
At this time, investigators continue to work to determine the precise cause of the motorcycle accident in Mountain Center.
