At Least 1 Trapped After Collision at Marysville Boulevard and 4th Street Saturday
Rio Linda, CA (November 6, 2021) – A car crash that occurred in the area of Marysville Boulevard and 4th Street resulted in injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Earlier reports indicated a vehicle rolled over at the intersection in Rio Linda. The make and model of the car involved in the collision remained unknown.
The CHP logged the incident shortly after 6:45 p.m.
When rescue teams arrived at the site, they found the automobile flipped on its roof. First responders found at least one person trapped in the wreckage. Firefighters worked extensively to extricate the victim.

Officials later mentioned at least one person sustained major injuries as a result of the accident. The name and age of the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the car crash at Marysville Boulevard and 4th Street in Rio Linda happened.
