Tyelor Henry-Dever, 26, Killed in Bakersfield Pedestrian Crash on Ming Avenue
BAKERSFIELD, CA (November 18, 2021) – Tyelor Henry-Dever was killed after a pedestrian crash on Ming Avenue in Bakersfield.
The coroner’s office identified the 26-year-old Bakersfield man as the victim of the fatal collision which took place earlier this month.
The incident happened on November 5 when a car struck Tyelor Jamal Henry-Dever for an unknown reason in Bakersfield. The vehicle hit him on Ming Avenue, east of Gosford Road.

Tyelor Henry-Dever sustained major injuries as a result of the pedestrian crash. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and then found him down on the ground.
Medical personnel soon rushed him to the Kern Medical, where he died. The Bakersfield Now and Kern Golden Empire wrote that the pedestrian accident occurred at around 1:42 a.m.
Meanwhile, police did not mention if the driver stopped and stayed at the site after hitting the man. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
