At Least 1 Injured in 2-Truck Crash Near Main Street Tuesday
Hesperia, CA (November 30, 2021) – A truck driver suffered injuries following a traffic collision that occurred on US Highway 395 early Tuesday morning.
The Victor Valley News Group reported a 2012 International semi truck was heading south on the highway in Hesperia around 12:02 a.m. When the semi truck approached the area near Main Street, it ran over a motorcycle abandoned in the middle of the roadway.
Per local news source, the collision caused the International to cross over into the northbound side. The 2012 International ended up crashing head-on into a 2022 Kenworth semi truck.

Responding rescue teams found the driver of the Kenworth trapped in his big rig. Firefighters worked extensively to extricate the victim. Our sources later confirmed the truck operator suffered moderate injuries as a result of the crash. Paramedics rushed the patient to a local hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
Authorities added the accident killed 14 cattle carried in the overturned Kenworth.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate how the motorcycle ended up abandoned in the middle of the freeway.
Further investigation on the truck accident on Highway 395 in Hesperia is ongoing.
