Man and Child Injured in Jurupa Valley Pedestrian Crash on Camino Real
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (February 17, 2022) – A pedestrian crash injured a man and a child on Camino Real in Jurupa Valley.
According to an article published by The Press Enterprise, the accident took place on Thursday afternoon. Officers reported the collision at about 3 p.m. near the Camino Real Elementary School.
The incident began when for an unknown reason, a sedan veered into a grassy area in Jurupa Valley. In the process, the car struck a male pedestrian and a child in the 4600 block of Camino Real.

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found both victims hurt. They took the man to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Medical personnel treated the juvenile at the site for the minor pain they sustained as a result of the collision. The report did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, deputies affirmed that the driver of the sedan stopped and stayed at the site after hitting the victims. Officers forced a stretch of Camino Real to shut down following the incident.
The cause of the Jurupa Valley pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
