2 Killed in Collision Near Sargo Drive Monday
Niland, CA (March 12, 2022) – Two people died following a traffic accident that occurred on Highway 111 Monday, Desert Review News reported.
Our sources indicated a two Niland residents were riding in a 2003 Ford traveling on Highway 111. When the vehicle approached the area near Sargo Drive, the driver veered to the right and continued driving off the roadway. Authorities said the Ford came to a rest after rolling over several time.

Shortly after 10:018 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the site. First responders found the driver and passenger both with life-threatening injuries. Paramedics attempted to save the victims but they sadly passed away. Officers briefly described the deceased parties as a 57-year-old male and a female.
Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the fatal crash on Highway 111 in Niland.
