At Least 1 Badly Hurt in Collision Near U.S. Route 52 Saturday
Vidal, CA (March 12, 2022) – A traffic accident that occurred on State Route 62 resulted in injuries, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Earlier reports indicated a car crash took place in the area near U.S. Route 52 Saturday afternoon. At this time, the exact number of automobiles involved in the wreck remained unknown.
The CHP logged the incident around 3:13 p.m.
Major Injury Car Accident on State Route 62 in Vidal, March 12
When rescue teams arrived at the site, they found an off-road vehicle with major damage. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all the parties injured in the accident. After the medical assessment, officials requested for an air ambulance to transfer the patients to the hospital for treatment of major injuries. Personal information on the patients remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the car crash on State Route 62 in Vidal.
