2 Injured in Apple Valley Crash at Rimrock and Corwin Roads
APPLE VALLEY, CA (March 21, 2022) – Two were injured after a car crash at Rimrock Road and Corwin Road in Apple Valley.
According to an article published by the Victor Valley News, the accident took place on Monday evening. Officers reported the wreck at 5:35 p.m.
The incident happened when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Apple Valley. They crashed at the intersection of Rimrock Road and Corwin Road.
Officials described the cars as a pickup truck and an SUV. Both vehicles obtained major damage upon impact.
2 Cars Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and soon extricated at least one trapped occupant from the wreckage.
A helicopter then took the rescued victim to the Loma Linda University Medical Center in critical condition. Medical personnel treated the second patient for the minor injuries they sustained in the collision.
The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Rimrock and Corwin roads to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Apple Valley crash is still under investigation.
