Vehicle Strikes, Kills Woman Near Isil Avenue
Bakersfield, CA (April 16, 2022) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred on South H Street Saturday evening, the KGET News reported.
Officials said a vehicle struck an adult female in the area near Isil Avenue. Per article published online, the horrible crash took place shortly before 8 p.m. No immediate information was available on the make and model of the car involved in the accident.

When emergency crews arrived at the scene, they found a woman lying in the roadway. Responding paramedics transported the patient to the hospital but she later sadly succumbed to her injuries and died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Investigators mentioned the pedestrian was outside of a crosswalk when the collision happened.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate several unclear factors surrounding the catastrophic incident on South H Street in Bakersfield.
