Fontana, Calif. (Feb. 1, 2023) – Carmen Palacios, 34, of Fontana, died Monday in a pedestrian accident on Citrus Avenue at Harvey Drive in Fontana.
The collision occurred about 1:12 a.m. on Jan. 30th, according to the Fontana Herald News.
A driver in a white Toyota Solara reportedly struck the Fontana woman on Citrus Avenue as she walked outside of a marked crosswalk near Harvey Drive in Fontana.
Pedestrian Killed in Fontana Traffic Accident
Paramedics responded and performed life-saving measures on the victim, but sadly she died at the scene.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner identified her as Carmen Palacios.
The report did not mention whether the driver involved was at fault for the crash.
Investigators will determine liability for the Fontana pedestrian accident on Citrus Avenue.
