Motorcyclist Injured in Altadena Crash at Woodbury and Lincoln
ALTADENA, CA (August 24, 2021) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a crash at Woodbury Road and Lincoln Avenue in Altadena.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the accident took place late Monday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 11:31 a.m.
The incident happened on August 23 when the motorcycle rider and a vehicle collided for an unknown reason in the city of Altadena. The two crashed at the intersection of Woodbury Road and Lincoln Avenue.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near a funeral home. They found the motorcyclist who ended up suffering from minor injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the wounded party to the Huntington Hospital for treatment. Officials did not disclose the name of the patient and their condition at the moment.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Woodbury and Lincoln to shut down for a time following the wreck. The cause of the Altadena crash is still under investigation.
