Anaheim crash 91 Freeway Weir
1 Injured in Anaheim Crash on 91 Freeway Near Weir Canyon Road
ANAHEIM, CA (October 28, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a crash on the 91 Freeway near Weir Canyon Road in Anaheim.
The California Highway Patrol first logged the incident on Wednesday evening. According to their dispatch, officers reported the wreck at about 7 p.m.
The accident happened on October 27 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Anaheim. They crashed on the eastbound 91 Freeway, east of Weir Canyon Road.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found one person hurt. The victim complained of pain to their neck as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then took the patient to the Kaiser Permanente Santa Ana for treatment. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the eastbound lanes of the 91 Freeway to shut down near Weir Canyon following the wreck. The cause of the Anaheim crash is still under investigation.
