At Least 1 Killed in Collision on Orange Freeway Saturday
Anaheim, CA (October 30, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a deadly car accident that occurred on State Route 57, also known as Orange Freeway.
On Saturday, at approximately 2:50 a.m., a traffic collision took place in the northbound side of the freeway at Lincoln Avenue offramp.
Officials said a vehicle of unknown make and model veered off the roadway; and went over the right-hand shoulder of the highway in Anaheim.

When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found at least one person trapped in the wreckage. Responding firefighters worked extensively to pull out the victim. Despite life-saving measures, the passenger sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. The identity of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Further investigation on the deadly car accident on State Route 57 in Anaheim is ongoing.
