Andrew Lockner, Child Fatal Victims After Street Race Ends in Car Accident on Lincoln Boulevard Thursday
Oroville, CA (April 30, 2021) – Three people, including 18-year-old Andrew Lockner, died following a traffic collision on Lincoln Boulevard Thursday afternoon.
The Action News Now reported a 30-year-old man was behind the wheel of a Jeep Grand Cherokee traveling at a high-rate of speed on Lincoln Boulevard. According to the article published online, the driver was involved in a speed contest with a Chevrolet Camaro.
When the Jeep and the Chevrolet approached the intersection at Bagget-Marysville Road, the Jeep rolled over multiple times.
Preliminary investigation revealed the crash resulted in fatal injuries to the driver; a 2-year-old girl; and Andrew Lockner, of Oroville. Responding paramedics sadly pronounced all three parties dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, authorities added a 4-year-old passenger in the Jeep sustained serious injuries as a result of the wreck. An air ambulance transported the juvenile patient to UC Davis Hospital for treatment.
Additional details on the fatal car crash in Oroville remained undisclosed. Further investigation on the case is underway.
