Driver, Passenger Dead After Collision on 240th Street East Monday
Antelope Valley, CA (October 19, 2021) – A fatal car accident occurred on 240th Street East on October 18, according to the Antelope Valley Times News.
Primary reports indicated a 2009 Honda Civic was traveling south on 240th Street East at about 9:45 p.m. When the Honda approached the area near Avenue M, the driver allowed the car to veer into the opposite lanes.
The article published online mentioned the southbound Honda ended up colliding with a northbound Ford F-350 truck.
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found the occupants of the Honda unconscious. Despite life-saving measures, both the Honda driver and passenger died as a result of the crash. The names of the deceased remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.

Authorities added the driver of the Ford sustained injuries in the collision. An ambulance transported the patient to Antelope Valley Hospital for treatment.
