Anthony Cesena Sr, 48, Killed in San Dimas Crash on 10 Freeway
SAN DIMAS, CA (January 5, 2023) – Anthony Cesena Sr was killed after a crash on the 10 Freeway near Kellogg Drive in San Dimas.
The coroner’s office identified the 48-year-old Pomona man as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place on Thursday.
The incident happened when Anthony Cesena Sr was riding a vehicle which collided with several others in San Dimas. For an unknown reason, the cars crashed on the eastbound 10 Freeway near Kellogg Drive.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
The CBS Los Angeles and My News LA wrote that the collision occurred shortly after 5 a.m. near the city of Pomona. The California Highway Patrol said a car involved, a small SUV, struck the center divider.
Paramedics confirmed that Anthony Cesena Sr died as a result of the crash. The report did not mention if any other party ended up hurt following the collision.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the eastbound lanes of the 10 Freeway to shut down for nearly three hours after the wreck. The cause of the San Dimas crash is still under investigation.
