Asia Boatwright, 22, Fatal Victim in Hit-and-Run Crash at Glasgow Avenue and Olive Street Wednesday
Inglewood, CA (May 2, 2021) – 22-year-old Asia Boatwright suffered deadly injuries following a car accident in the area of Glasgow Avenue and Olive Street on April 28, Wednesday.
The CBS Los Angeles reported Asia Boatwright was an occupant in a white Nissan sedan traveling in Inglewood. When the Nissan approached the intersection at Glasgow and Olive, it collided with a blue Dodge pickup truck.
Our sources indicated the Dodge was traveling at a high-rate and was being chased by the police when the collision happened. The horrible crash took place at about 10:35 p.m.

According to the article published online, Asia Boatwright sustained fatal injuries as a result of the wreck. Responding paramedics sadly pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
Officials added another occupant in the Nissan died in the accident. Additional details on the second person killed in the crash remained undisclosed.
Preliminary investigation revealed police eventually located and arrested the driver of the Dodge. The California Highway Patrol group identified the suspect as 42-year-old Gustavo Ruelas Jr.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
