Firefighters Hospitalized After Collision on Mount Vernon Road Thursday
Auburn, CA (June 17, 2021) – Several firefighters suffered injuries following a fire truck accident that occurred on Mount Vernon Road in Auburn Thursday evening.
The FOX40 News published an article online indicating a fire engine responding to a spot fire on Buffalo Road in Auburn. For reasons still unclear, the truck rolled over while traveling on Mount Vernon Road. The crash happened at about 9:40 p.m.

According to the article published online, responded emergency crews rendered aid to all possible victims. Officials said the number of firefighters transported to the hospital for treatment remained unknown. Pending confirmation, the names of the injured parties and the extent of their trauma have not been revealed thus far.
