
2 Teenagers Injured in Collision on Madison Street
Bakersfield, CA (April 16, 2023) – Two people suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Madison Street, the KGET News reported.
Preliminary investigation revealed two teenagers were riding a motorbike traveling in the streets of Bakersfield Saturday night, April 15. Our sources indicated a car struck the motorbike on Madison Street around 8:15 p.m.
Major Traffic Accident in Bakersfield
Due to the force from the impact, the two teenagers fell off the motorcycle. Responding paramedics immediately checked the conditions of the riders, and the driver of the car. After the evaluation, authorities mentioned the teenagers sustained minor and moderate injuries as a result of the wreck. Medical personnel transported the victims to the hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
Investigators mentioned the motorbike had no lights at the time of the collision. At this time, detectives continue to work to determine the precise cause of the traffic accident that happened on Madison Street in Bakersfield.
