1 Hurt in Collision at Zerker Road at Merced Avenue
Bakersfield, CA (June 4, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Zerker Road at Merced Avenue.
Auto vs. Semi Truck Accident in Bakersfield
The KGET News reported a semi truck and a sedan crashed into each other at the intersection in Bakersfield. Additional description on the vehicles involved in the collision have not been revealed thus far.
Shortly after 10:44 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics found at least one person with minor injuries. It remained unclear whether the victim was treated at the scene, or transported to a hospital. Pending confirmation, the name and age of the injured party remained undisclosed.
Detectives stayed crash site the whole morning. They continue to investigate the precise cause of the traffic accident at Zerker Road at Merced Avenue.
