At Least 1 Killed in Head-On Collision on East Panama Lane Saturday
Bakersfield, CA (October 9, 2021) – One driver died following a car accident that occurred on East Panama Lane Saturday morning.
According to KGET News, two vehicles collided head-on in the 3400 block of East Panama Lane. The catastrophic incident took place at approximately 4:30 a.m. At this time, the make and model of the cars involved in the wreck remained unknown.

The article published online mentioned one driver suffered serious injuries as a result of the wreck. Paramedics reportedly performed life-saving measures to the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Officials added the other driver appeared unharmed after the crash.
