1 Seriously Injured in Bakersfield Crash Near Meacham and Scottsbluff
BAKERSFIELD, CA (March 10, 2023) – One was seriously injured after a motorcycle crash near Meacham Road and Scottsbluff Street in Bakersfield.
According to an article published by the Kern Golden Empire, the took place accident on Wednesday night. Officers reported the wreck on March 8 at about 7:48 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol said a motorcycle and gardening truck collided for an unknown reason in Bakersfield. The two crashed near the intersection of Meacham Road and Scottsbluff Street.
Motorcycle and Truck Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They found one person who sustained major injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Meacham and Scottsbluff to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Bakersfield crash is still under investigation.
