Pedestrians Hit and Injured by Vehicle on Fairfax Avenue Wednesday
Beverly Grove, CA (December 29, 2021) – Two people suffered injuries following a pedestrian accident that occurred on Fairfax Avenue Wednesday afternoon.
The Los Angeles Fire Department reported a motorist attempted to parallel park his vehicle near a restaurant in Beverly Grove. In the process, the driver accidentally hit the gas pedal of his car. The vehicle then accelerated and jumped onto the curb.

According to the accident dispatch, the vehicle of unknown make and model struck two pedestrians. The victims were standing near the 369 block of Fairfax Avenue. Officials mentioned the unidentified pedestrians sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The names of the victims remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Detectives continue to investigate at this time to determine the precise cause of the pedestrian accident on Fairfax Avenue in Beverly Grove.
