Man Hit and Killed by Semi Truck at Valley Boulevard and Locust Avenue Tuesday
Bloomington, CA (April 13, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a fatal traffic accident that occurred in the area of Valley Boulevard and Locust Avenue.
On Tuesday, around 8:15 p.m., CHP logged an accident involving a semi truck. Initial records indicated an unidentified party slept under the semi truck possibly parked along the roadway.
Deadly Pedestrian Accident in Bloomington, April 13
When the driver got back, he accidentally run over the man sleeping under the big rig. The collision resulted in fatal injuries to the pedestrian. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
No immediate information was available on the truck operator involved in the catastrophic incident.
At this time, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate several factors surrounding the deadly truck and pedestrian accident in Bloomington.
