1 Injured in Bloomington Hit-and-Run at Cedar Avenue and Valley Boulevard
BLOOMINGTON, CA (March 3, 2022) – One was hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash at Cedar Avenue and Valley Boulevard in Bloomington.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, the accident took place early Thursday. Officers reported the wreck at about 3:06 a.m.
CHP said three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of in Bloomington. They crashed at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Valley Boulevard.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
CHP described one of the cars as a blue Honda. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near the 10 Freeway.
Medical personnel found one person who ended up hurt as a result of the collision. They then took the patient to the Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries.
The report did not release the name of the wounded victim and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that a driver involved did not stop to render aid and fled the area.
Officers forced the corner of Cedar Avenue and Valley Boulevard to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Bloomington hit-and-run crash is still under investigation.
