At Least 1 Badly Hurt in Collision at Gopher Canyon Road and Avohill Drive Monday
Bonsall, CA (June 21, 2021) – Injuries were reported following a car accident that occurred in the area of Gopher Canyon Road and Avohill Drive Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a Toyota Tundra pulling a boat was traveling on the streets of Bonsall. When the motorist approached the intersection of Gopher Canyon Road and Avohill Drive, the trailer accidentally broke down. The incident caused the boat to flip.

Medical personnel arrived at the crash site shortly after 9:40 a.m. The CHP log confirmed at least one person sustained major injuries as a result of the wreck. An ambulance later responded to the incident, and transported the patient to a hospital. Authorities mentioned the victim came in and out of consciousness during transport.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate several factors surrounding the car accident in Bonsall.
