7 Injured in Collision Near Mulholland Drive
Brentwood, CA (July 27, 2022) – Several people suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred Wednesday on Interstate 405, also known as San Diego Freeway.
The Patch News published an article online reporting a collision involving at least two vehicles. Our sources indicated the cars crashed into each other in the northbound side of the freeway near Mulholland Drive.
Major Car Crash on San Diego (405) Freeway in Brentwood
Shortly after 1:35 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the accident scene. First responders found as many as seven people suffering in injuries. Per local news source, one patient sustained severe trauma. Meanwhile, the other six victims were listed in moderate condition and fair condition. Four ambulances transported the injured parties to local hospitals for further treatment and evaluation. Pending confirmation, the names of the people hurt and their age remained undisclosed.
The collision prompted a brief Sig Alert just before 2 p.m. Detectives handling the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the car crash that happened on San Diego (405) Freeway in Brentwood.
