Brian Brewer, 26, Killed in Grover Beach Crash at 4th Street and Newport Avenue
GROVER BEACH, CA (July 14, 2021) – A motorcycle crash killed Brian Brewer at 4th Street and Newport Avenue in Grover Beach.
Police identified the 26-year-old Grover Beach man as the victim in the fatal collision which took place on Monday afternoon.
Grover Beach police said Brian Robert Brewer was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a white SUV. For an unknown reason, the two crashed at the intersection of North 4th Street and Newport Avenue.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
The Tribune and KSBY News wrote that the wreck occurred on July 12 at around 2:36 p.m. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived and then found the motorcyclist down on the ground.
Officers added that Brian Brewer sustained severe injuries as a result of the crash. Medical personnel soon pronounced him dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, police affirmed that the driver of the SUV ended up unharmed following the wreck. The motorist stayed at the site and cooperated with the authorities.
