Brian John, 34, ID’d as Suspect in Turlock DUI Crash at Golden State and Monte Vista
TURLOCK, CA (November 18, 2021) – Officers detained Brian John after a DUI crash at Golden State Boulevard and Monte Vista Avenue in Turlock.
Police determined that the 34-year-old Turlock man was under the influence of alcohol when the wreck took place on Monday.
The incident began when Brian Ansel John was driving a gray Dodge sedan in the city of Turlock. Police said he then struck a white Subaru SUV at the intersection of North Golden State Boulevard and West Monte Vista Avenue.
Both cars obtained moderate damage due to the impact of the collision. The Turlock Area News wrote that the accident happened on November 15 at about 9:45 p.m.
2 Injured in Car Crash
The driver and the passenger of the Subaru ended up with minor injuries as a result of the wreck. Paramedics arrived at the scene and then provided aid to both patients.
The report did not release the names of the wounded victims and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, medical personnel treated Brian John for the minor wounds he sustained in the incident.
Police soon arrested Brian John on suspicion of DUI causing injury. They booked him into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center for driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater causing injury.
The Turlock DUI crash is still under investigation.
