At Least 1 Hurt in Collision on Vasco Road
Byron, CA (October 28, 2022) – A car accident that occurred Thursday on Vasco Road resulted in injuries, according to East County Today.
Earlier reports indicated two vehicles crashed into each other on Vasco, approximately 3-miles south of Camino Diablo. Preliminary investigation revealed a gray Nissan Sentra veered into the opposite lanes for an unknown reason. While traveling in the wrong direction, the Nissan collided with another vehicle, a white pickup truck.
Shortly after 5:30 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all parties found at the scene. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed one person sustained injuries as a result of the wreck. Personal information on the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Detectives handling the case continue to investigate the precise cause of the crash that happened on Vasco Road in Byron.
