Pedestrian Injured in Canyon Country Crash on Soledad Canyon Road
CANYON COUNTRY, CA (February 18, 2023) – A pedestrian was hospitalized after a crash on Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country.
According to an article published by The Signal, the accident took place on Monday afternoon. Officers reported the collision on February 13 at around 12:05 p.m.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department said a vehicle struck the pedestrian for an unknown reason in Canyon Country. The driver hit the person in the 18000 block of Soledad Canyon Road.
Victim Hit by Vehicle
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near Sierra Highway. They found the victim who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officials did not mention if the motorist stopped or stayed at the site following the incident. Officers forced a stretch of Soledad Canyon Road to shut down after the collision.
The cause of the Canyon Country pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
