Homeowner Hospitalized After Collision on Valley Hi Drive
Sacramento, CA (August 4, 2022) – One person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred on Valley Hi Drive.
The FOX40 News reported Sacramento police officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle Thursday. Preliminary investigation revealed the vehicle was occupied by a suspect with multiple felony warrants.
According to the article published online, the suspect failed to yield and drove away at a high rate of speed. Officers then launched a pursuit on the suspect.
Our sources indicated the suspect ended up veering off the roadway. The vehicle plowed into a home in the 8100 block of Valley Hi Drive.
Major Car Accident in Sacramento
When rescue teams arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to all parties involved in the wreck. Authorities confirmed the owner of the residence sustained injuries in the collision. Paramedics transported the patient to a local hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. Personal information on the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Police said they detained the suspect. Further investigation is ongoing on the car crash that happened on Valley Hi Drive in Sacramento.
