Vehicle Strikes, Kills Pedestrian Near Cree Road Sunday
Cathedral City, CA (November 8, 2021) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred on East Palm Canyon Road Sunday evening.
The KESQ News reported a vehicle struck an individual in the area just east of Cree Road. Officials said the collision took place shortly after 7:30 p.m.

When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found an adult male lying in the westbound lanes of East Palm Canyon. Responding paramedics rendered aid to the pedestrian. Despite life-saving measures, the victim succumbed to his injuries. The Cathedral City Fire Department personnel pronounced the man dead.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver involved in the unfortunate event.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole evening to investigate several factors surrounding the deadly pedestrian accident on East Palm Canyon Road in Cathedral City.
