Charles Partridge, 52, Killed in Ukiah Crash Near State Street and Beacon Lane
UKIAH, CA (January 13, 2022) – Charles Partridge was killed after a motorcycle crash near State Street and Beacon Lane in Ukiah.
Police identified the 52-year-old Ukiah man as the victim of the fatal collision which took place on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident happened when Charles Partridge was riding a motorcycle southbound on South State Street near Beacon Lane in Ukiah.
At the same time, a SUV was making a left turn out of the El Molcajete parking lot to travel north on State Street. Police said for an unknown reason, Charles Partridge collided with the car.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived and then found the rider lying unresponsive on the ground near one edge of the street. He sustained serious injuries as a result of the wreck.
Medical personnel soon pronounced Charles Partridge dead at the scene of the crash. The Ukiah Daily Journal wrote that the accident occurred on January 11 shortly after 5 p.m.
Meanwhile, police affirmed that the occupants of the SUV ended up unharmed following the incident. The car obtained major damage to its driver side due to the impact of the collision.
