Vehicle Hits Man at Nord and West East Avenue

Chico, CA (November 9, 2022) – A pedestrian accident occurred Wednesday evening in the area of Nord and West East Avenue.

The KRCR News reported a vehicle struck an individual at the intersection in Chico. At this time, the make and model of the car involved in the collision remained undisclosed.

Our sources indicated the crash took place at about 7:40 p.m.

Pedestrian Possibly Injured After Accident in Chico

When emergency crews arrived, they immediately rendered aid to the pedestrian. The name of the victim, and their condition at this time have not been revealed thus far.

Meanwhile, witnesses told officers they saw the vehicle traveling at approximately 60 mph when it hit the pedestrian. Detectives handling the case stayed at the scene they whole evening to investigate liability in the pedestrian accident that happened at Nord and West East Avenue in Chico.
