Driver Killed in Collision Near Sharon Street Monday
Chowchilla, CA (February 7, 2022) – A deadly car accident occurred early Monday on Santa Fe Drive, the FOX26 News reported.
Our sources indicated a 1994 Honda Accord was traveling in the streets of Chowchilla at about 3:30 a.m. When the car approached the area near Sharon Street, the driver reportedly hit a slight curve. Officials believed the motorist lost control of the car and veered off the roadway. The Honda drove down the edge, and rolled over several times.
When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found two men ejected onto the roadway. Paramedics rendered aid to a man, later discovered as the driver. Despite life-saving measures, the male motorist sadly succumbed to his injuries and died.

Meanwhile, the ejected passenger escaped death with non-life threatening injuries. Additional details on the passenger have not been discussed thus far.
Detectives continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the fatal car crash on Santa Fe Drive in Chowchilla.
