Christopher Cortes Duarte, 34, Fatal Victim in Traffic Collision on Old Elsinore Road
Perris, CA (August 16, 2021) – Christopher Cortes Duarte, a 34-year-old man, died following a skateboard accident that occurred on Old Elsinore Road on August 14, Saturday.
An article published online by My News LA indicated Christopher Duarte, of Perris, was riding a skateboard in the streets of Perris. For an unknown reason, a truck hit the man in the 20221 block of Old Elsinore Road.
Deadly Skateboard Accident in Perris, August 14
Shortly after 8:37 p.m., emergency teams arrived at the crash site. First responders found the skateboarder lying on the ground. Medical personnel performed life-saving measures to the victim, but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department identified the fatal victim as Christopher Cortes Duarte.
Authorities mentioned the area where the unfortunate event happened was poorly lit. At this time, detectives continue to investigate several factors surrounding the deadly skateboard accident in Perris.
