Christopher Yuhas, 40, Killed in Long Beach Crash on 710 Freeway
LONG BEACH, CA (July 12, 2022) – Christopher Yuhas was killed after a car crash on the 710 Freeway in Long Beach.
The coroner’s office identified the 40-year-old Fullerton man as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place on Monday morning.
The incident happened when Christopher Yuhas was riding a car which collided with another in Long Beach. The two vehicles crashed for an unknown reason on the northbound 710 Freeway.
2 Cars Collide
The Press Telegram and CBS Los Angeles wrote that the collision occurred on July 11 shortly after 5 a.m. near Willow Street.
Christopher Yuhas sustained serious injuries as a result of the crash. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.
The California Highway Patrol did not mention if any other party ended up hurt following the accident. Officers forced the northbound lanes of the 710 Freeway to shut down for a time after the wreck.
The cause of the Long Beach crash is still under investigation.
