Pedestrian Hit and Injured by Vehicle on State Route Highway 41 Wednesday
Coarsegold, CA (August 25, 2021) – A pedestrian suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on State Route 41, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Primary reports indicated a vehicle struck an individual in the area of Highway 41 and Lucky Lane. Investigators said the motorist was pulling out of the gas station. For an unknown reason, the driver failed to notice the pedestrian walking inside of the crosswalk. The motorist struck the individual. CHP logged the incident at about 3:41 p.m.
Minor Injury Pedestrian Accident in Coarsegold, August 25
When medical personnel arrived at the location, they found the pedestrian complaining of pain. Paramedics rendered aid to the victim for minor injuries.
