At Least 1 Hospitalized After Collision at Rawson and Corning Road Saturday
Corning, CA (October 9, 2021) – A traffic accident involving a semi truck occurred Saturday morning in the area of Rawson Road and Corning Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a big rig collided with several other vehicles at the Corning intersection. The exact number of other automobiles found at the scene; and their description remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Primary reports indicated the at least one vehicle sustained moderate damage, including a broken rear axel, due to the force from the impact.

Medical personnel arrived at the location shortly after 10:50 a.m. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims. Authorities said one patient was transported to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
