RIVERSIDE, Calif. (Feb.. 28, 2023) — A Corona motorcycle versus car accident happened Tuesday morning on the westbound Riverside 91 Freeway, west of Buchanan Street.
The multi-vehicle collision occurred about 9:46 a.m. on February 28th, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
A driver in a black Toyota sedan, a white RAV4 SUV were involved in a collision with a motorcyclist and his female passenger in the HOV and No. 1 lanes of the 91 Freeway, police said. The bike landed in the No. 2 lane and the two occupants from the bike were in the No. 1 lane.
Paramedics with the Corona Fire Department responded to help the woman from the motorcycle who suffered undisclosed injuries.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed at least one of the damaged vehicles from the freeway.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on the 91 Freeway.
